Strength META
The focus of this workout is Chest, Triceps and some Leg work. Focusing on strength with a combination of plyometric exercises to get the heart rate up.
T.B.X
Is an intense Full Body workout. Hitting every muscle group in different variations from upper, core to legs.
Back Sculpt
The focus is all Back muscles, with some bicep and ab work included. Back Sculpt is a bit slower pace, to really focus on toning the back.
Sexi Leg
The favorite day of the week, Leg Day. The whole focus is legs, from quads, hamstrings to glutes.
